I myself am not a teacher. I've always found myself in teaching positions in any office I've worked in. If I could go back to school I'd love to teach students business ed. Am I too old at 53 to go back to school?

With home computers and so many little ones I'm wondering what suggestions others have on teaching them keyboarding skills. Our business ed teacher walked the classroom with a ruler in her hands. We were taught to type by touch and not allowed to look at the keyboard. I've used Mavis Beacon typing tutor for myself. I think it's age and skill based.

New to the teaching profession myself, I quickly realized that teaching is what God made me to do. I have really always "taught" in every job that I have had. Here I finally get to call myself a teacher. I teacher Business Education in the High School which is a wonderful mix of my natural talents and my many years of business experience. It is wonderful and I love it.

While my schedule has changed - teaching is still at the core of what I do!
From teaching full-time for five years before our daughter was born to teaching homebound students now - it is challenging, but worth it if I can minister to these students and their families.
